The operation was reportedly conducted on August 31 as authorities intensified efforts to clamp down on fraudulent recruitment schemes.
Recruitment scams have continued to expose young Nigerians to financial exploitation, particularly when criminals falsely claim to have connections within security agencies.
Authorities are expected to investigate the suspects and establish the extent of the alleged operation.
